Adewoye, David Oluwafemi – Phd, FIMC, FIMS, CMC, FICA, FIAP
Femi Adewoye currently serves as an Advisor and Executive Partner at OceanSpring Transnational.
He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Ilorin in 1998 and master’s in business administration (MBA) from the same institution.
He has over 25 years’ work experience spanning organized private sectors, consulting, Government and financial institutions amongst others. Prior to his experiences in the financial sector, he worked with Aggy Computers, MBNET, Firmament Ltd, Ceetie Computers, Haggins & Frames Consults, PRENTAS Techno-Economic Consultants Ltd and Schmitts Automations where he served and rose to different managerial capacities as IT managers, Advisors and Investment/Entrepreneurial Managers. In the year 2005, he joined the Mortgage financial institutions and worked with both ASO Savings and Loans Plc and Union Homes Savings and Loans Plc (UHSL) amongst others where he served in various managerial and executive capacities. He is experienced in the technical development and implementation of major Banking Applications such as iBank, Temenos T24, BankOne, Oracle, Veripack Systems Application and Product and SmartVisions Applications amongst others.
He was trained by XDS, one of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) approved Credit Bureau in Johannesburg, South Africa on Credit Bureau Operations/Administration. Femi was groomed by KPMG on the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework and Credit Administration. Femi was exposed to PMP-Project Management Professional and Executive Level PMO-Project Management Office and Business Driven PMO setup which he is currently harnessing to boost Business development.
Mr. Femi is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), a chartered management consultants (CMC), a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC), fellow National Institute of Credit Administration (FICA), fellow Institutes of Arts, Management and Professionals (FIAP), Fellow Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Finance (F.AIMFIN) and he holds a Doctor of Philosophy (honoris causa) in Business Administration.
