Samuel Odebowale

Samuel Odebowale (Nigerian) is the Startup Founder of OceanSpring Group. He is a thoroughbred professional with over 25 years combined experience in public service, enterprise support, affairs management and social sectors leadership.

He is a graduate of Law (LLB) and Public Relations (HND), and admitted as a full chartered member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations in 2009. He is also a Microsoft trained Solution Architect professional, Oracle Certified Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Solutions professional, a  Webmaster and Site Reliability Engineer among others.

Samuel started his active working life in 1996 as trainee architectural draughtsman at Gbemi & Associates, a practice firm of architects, surveyors and builders at Sango-Ota where he grew up. In year 2000, he was appointed by the late Chief Doyin Degun’s Three-Ds (Insurance Brokers) Company Limited as an Underwriting Officer. In 2007, he founded an OceanSpring Communications legacy company, but was also appointed Legislative Aide at the National Assembly. He currently works with Equatorial Richfields Group under the leadership of Chief Richard Lamai.

Samuel is a Trustees of a few charity organisations and Founder of International Organisation for Youth Advocacy and Development Inc. He is a competent manager of enterprise communication and technology resources with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, passionate about environment, sustainability reporting, public administration and using technology systems to solve business and social problems.
